6 Easy Steps:

Clearing Your Own Forest!

1. Hire Lobbyists!  Spend a few million on lobbyists to block any environmental laws the Deomcrats would consider preserving the land. Remember, a healthy forest is a dead forest.

2. Out of Sight, Out of Mind. This is our best defense. As long as the general public doesnt catch a whiff of our destruction, then we should be in the clear. Log just over the hill. Ban aerial fly-overs!!

3. Bring  in large logging equipment in the dead of night.

4. Clear, remove and get out! As fast as possible, log as much as you can in the shortest amount of time.

5. Give Press Conference. Have a convenient name given to the logging such as "Healthy Forest Initiative". This will buy more time and steer the ignorant public away from any protest.

6. Quietly move onto the next Old-Growth Forest. Nominate an Interior Secretary that can weaken environmental legislation...oh lets say like Gale Norton.
